How does the online order process work? |
|
1. Shop throughout our product pages and write down all the product code.Click Order :https://arhk.com/order.php and place qty of the items you wish to purchase into your shopping cart.
2. You may add any item in your shopping cart, as well as remove it completely, at any time from Here.
3. When you have completed all of your shopping, fill out your e-mail, name, address, shipping and payment method, confirm and submit your order.
4. Next, you will be connected with payment gateway - BS Worldpay? simply fill out your credit card number and expiration date. Click ake Payment? in about 10-30 seconds, a "Thank You" page will appear on your computer screen.
5. Finally, you will received 2 e-mails: - Your order form (a summary of purchases)- RBS Worldpay receipt (payment confirmation includes order) Shipping Method: Regular Air-mail is always free with IONMASK.COM., however, any insurance or Express Mail charges will be extra (listed before your final checkout). Free shipping : - For orders less than US$800 - Regular Mail will takes 14 - 21 working days. For orders more than US$800 - EMS Speed Post will takes 3-5 working days.
Added shipping : - Express Mail charges will be US$10 per item, takes 3-5 working days (with Insurance)
Order Processing : - We will have your order dispatched within 48 hours except Saturday, Sunday and holiday. |

How do I return something to IONMASK.COM? |

We guarantee money back refund without question if you are dissatisfied in any way prior to the product being opened. (Notification within 7 days of receipt please).
Please note we can only refund the total cost of goods. We regret that all shipping charges and expenses are non-refundable unless a product is clearly defective. Please send back within 7 days from received, together with: Your Name, Address, e-mail address, Order number and Reason for return. Please e-mail us at sales.ionmask.com so we can inform you where to send and arrange the refund.
We regret we cannot offer a refund once the product has been opened and used (our site is aimed at customers who have already purchased and experienced the product, either from your family doctor or dermatologist).
If there is any defect in the product on receipt, then it may be returned to us for a refund at that time (please also inform your nearest post office without delate). |
